Asian Bites in the kitchen is served by 2 long-experienced chefs from India. Rajinder Singh is a graduate of Pal Cookery, a cookery school in his hometown Jalandhar. Before coming to Estonia, experience was gained at the President Hotel restaurant, The Grand Lilly Resorts restaurant and the Hotel Majestic Grand restaurant. During the 8 years spent in Estonia, the restaurants Asian Chef, Monk and Asian Bowl could be added to the list. Cooking tandoori and Indian food is especially enjoyable for Rajinder.
Rajinder
Santosh worked for a long time as a chef in the kitchens of various hotels in his native India - Hotel Plaza, Hotel Downton and Hotel Country inn & Suites. In 2016, Santosh received an invitation to work in Estonia. In Estonia, Santosh gained experience in restaurants such as Asian Chef and WokkIN Restoran. Now 8 years later, he is ready for new challenges focusing on the best use of local ingredients in Chinese, Indian and Thai dishes.
